The easiest place to find your TrueBlue number is by logging into your TrueBlue account at www.jetblue.com/trueblue. Your Order ID was provided to you when you chose to use your TrueBlue points for Magazine Awards. If you did not print out this page or if you cannot find your Order ID, simply call us at 1-866-289-5112, Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST or email us at customerservice@jetbluemagazineawards.com so we can help you.
 

To redeem your TrueBlue points with this offer:
1. Log into your TrueBlue account at jetblue.com/trueblue and go to the ‘Old TrueBlue program’ page.
2. Choose Magazine Subscription Awards and click the submit button.
3. You will see a web page that includes your Order ID, TrueBlue number, the number of points redeemed, and a link to the Rewards Partners, LLC website.
4. Click on the link to the Magazine Awards page on your confirmation page.
5. Enter your True Blue account number and Order ID.
6. Select magazine(s) according to the number of points you redeemed.

Yes. You can order as many magazines as your point balance allows, up to nine magazines.

If you order the same magazine twice with the same ship-to address, you will receive two subscription terms served one after the other.

Yes. Each separate recipient requires a separate order. All you need to do is start a new order and designate a new ship-to address for that recipient

It’s easy. Simply complete an online order form for each unique address you’d like your specific magazines to be delivered to.

No. There is NO CASH COST for these magazines. Just use your points for your magazine selections.

Your email address will be used to send you a confirmation email with your magazine order details.

In case there was a problem with your order or to respond to a customer service inquiry on your part.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email for each subscription with your magazine order details.

Typically it takes 6 to 12 weeks for your first issue(s) to arrive.

Once you have chosen to transfer your TrueBlue points to redeem for magazine subscriptions at the JetBlue Magazine Awards website operated by Rewards Partners, LLC, any points not redeemed for magazine subscriptions by June 30, 2010, 11:59 p.m. MST will expire. If you don’t use all your points today for Magazine Awards, please make sure to come back to our site on a frequent basis. New magazines are always being added and we want to make sure you have the most up-to-date selections available to choose from.
